From our Kolkata workshop to your doorstep, we partner with trusted couriers to keep your leather companions safe in transit. Here is how our shipping process works.
1. Dispatch Timeline
Orders placed before 12 noon IST are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. During festive seasons or new collection launches, handling may extend to 3-4 business days. Made-to-order pieces follow the timeline shared on the respective product page.
2. Shipping Methods & Charges
We offer complimentary standard shipping across India on orders above ₹2,999. A nominal fee of ₹149 applies to smaller orders. Express delivery is available in select cities for an additional fee displayed at checkout. International shipping charges are calculated based on destination, parcel weight, and prevailing courier rates.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. Updates may take a few hours to reflect on the courier portal. For assistance, contact shipping@primoronline.com.
4. International Duties & Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are determined by the destination country and are payable by the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing an order.
5. Delivery Attempts & Address Changes
Couriers make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery fails, the parcel may return to Primor. Reshipping will incur additional charges. Address changes after dispatch are subject to courier approval and may extend the delivery timeline.
